WinHTTP Web Proxy Auto-Discovery Service服务停止导致服务器重启

解决方法如下：
1.首先禁用服务 WinHTTP Web Proxy Auto-Discovery Service。

2.在“Internet时间”选项卡中将“自动与 Internet 时间服务器同步”选项去掉。
